These instructions are for clients with the WooCommerce Customer/Order/Coupon Export plugin installed.
Please change "yourdomain.com" to your domain before pasting the link in your browser.
- Go to the Orders page (https://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order) to check the dates of the missing orders.
- Visit the Export page (https://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc_customer_order_csv_export).
- Set the Format drop-down to: Default – One Row per Item.
- Choose a Start date and End date that covers the missing orders — include one day before and after, just in case.
- Click Export.
- Open the resulting CSV file to verify the data.
- Send the CSV to the client.
