Update Your "Alternate Contact Methods" First
Before starting, please verify that your alternative email address and mobile phone number are correct. They must be correct before starting the password change process. Change your Exchange or IMAP password
1. Sign in to "My Services"
Click this link to go directly to the "My Services" tab of the login screen: https://cp.serverdata.net/Portal/ADUser/Login?ClientType=UserSettings
2. Enter your email address
IMPORTANT: After you enter your email address, and before you enter your password, the page will automatically redirect to a new sign in page (this is normal). Your email address will already be filled in for you.

3. Enter your password

4. Click the "Sign in" button
After clicking the Sign in button, you may see a pop-up message asking you to confirm your alternate contact details.
5. Click the "Change password" link
The Change password link is on the right side of the screen next to your profile photo.
6. Complete the reCAPTCHA and click the Confirm button
Click the checkbox to complete the challenge.
7. Select a method to get your temporary security code
Note that phone numbers begin with "+1" in the United States, so the first number will usually be "1" for everyone, making it difficult to tell if it's the correct number. Try it anyway.
The email address may be obfuscated so much that it's hard to tell which email address it is. Try it anyway.

8. Check your email or phone for the temporary security code
You cannot change your password without the security code. It's usually 6 alphanumeric capital characters.

9. Enter the security code and create a new password
