If you have more than one Microsoft Exchange account, you likely got the first one working without any trouble, but the second one won't work.
Open Mail Accounts
- Open Settings and search for "Mail"
- Click on Mail Accounts
Add New Account
- Tap Add Account
Select Microsoft Exchange
- Tap Microsoft Exchange
Enter Email and Description
- Enter your full email address in both fields. The Description field is what you see in your list of mailboxes.
- Tap Next
Choose Configure Manually
- Tap the Configure Manually option
Enter Your Password
- Carefully enter your password
- Tap Next
Enter Server Address
- Enter the Server address. This will be different for everyone, so reach out to support if you don't know yours.
- Carefully enter your password again
- Do not put anything in the Domain column
- Tap Next
- Your new account should appear in your mailbox list. Give it some time to download your messages.
