Citations are essentially the old fashioned phone book of the internet. Google loves to see your stores in all of them because it proves that you are a real business and care about publishing your locations.

How To Claim Your Apple Map Listings

In order to verify your Apple Map listing someone MUST be able to answer the phone number at each location and call back or text the verification code.

We can work with each of your locations to complete the steps below or you can do them on your own.

Each location should schedule a 15 minute phone meeting with us so that everyone is prepared.

We recommend that someone call from a different phone number so that they can answer the call from Apple on the main business line.

Apple will call the main business line and give a verification code to your staff which we will enter into your account.

If you would like to do it yourself...

Step 1: Visit https://mapsconnect.apple.com/

Step 2: Sign in to Apple Maps with your AppleId

After you sign in you should see a list of all of your locations.

Step 3: Click the "1 alert" link on the right of any location that needs verified and then click "Answer a call to this location".

Step 4: Click the "Call me now" button and Apple will call the phone number listed. Write down the verification code they give you.

Step 5: Enter the verification number into your Apple Maps account

Step 6: Repeat steps 3-5 for each of your locations.

That's it! You've successfully verified your Apple Map Listings.
