If you access your email via webmail.emailsrvr.com or {your domain name}.mymailsrvr.com then your DNS MX records are:
mx1.emailsrvr.com with priority 10
mx2.emailsrvr.com with priority 20
For the "name" column you can usually either leave it blank or put an "@" symbol in it to signify the root of your domain name.
