Once you are signed in to your webmail account do the following:
- Click Settings in the top right corner
- Click the Composing Email tab on the left of the pop-up window
- Click the Signatures tab on the top
- Create a Signature
- After you are finished creating your signature check all of the checkboxes at the bottom of the Signature tab and choose "Above the message body"
- Click the Identities tab on the top
- Edit your identity or create a new one
- At the bottom of the Edit Identity screen select your default signature
- Click OK
- Click Save
- Create a new email and your signature should be at the bottom
- If the signature is there but is not formatted, click the Enable Formatting link in the toolbar and close the email.
