WP Cache Enabler Advanced Settings

On Cloud Sites websites that use the WP Cache Enabler Plugin by KeyCDN, you may notice some advanced settings in your .htaccess file. These settings were not put there by the plugin, rather they were added when the website was initially created or added manually by support.
