How do I see all of my tickets?

If you email us requesting support you've probably noticed that we're using a ticket system to manage your requests and share them with our team.

If you would like to see all of your tickets in one location and be able to comment on them instead of replying via email then please do the following:

1. Visit https://support.37solutions.com
2. Click the "Sign in" link in the top right corner
3. Click the "Get a password" link highlighted in the image below:

By creating an account you will be able to see and manage all of your tickets including closed tickets.
