LW-CS-IMAP: How To Reclaim Mailbox Storage Space

If you are getting error messages that say your mailbox is full you can try the following in webmail.emailsrvr.com to make some room:

1. Empty your trash by right-clicking on the Trash folder near the bottom and selecting "Purge Trash"
2. Empty your spam by right-clicking on the Spam folder near the top left and selecting "Purge Spam"
3. Go through your sent folder and delete any large emails that you don't need. You can click the Size column on the far right to sort by the largest emails.
4. On the left side of your screen look for a green plus sign and a yellow sprocket. Click the sprocket to manage your folders. Click the Update Sizes button and review your largest folders for messages that can be deleted.

The status bar in the bottom left corner of your webmail may not update automatically as you remove messages however your messages were deleted and you should have more room to work. To get the status bar to update you may need to log out and back in again.
